Note: The syllabus doesn't have any suggested homework problem. It is absolutely essential that you should try to do most of the practice problems from the book to succeed in the course. The questions on the test may not be a verbatim copy of the problems from the book. It is therefore extremely important that you practice as much as possible. It is also absolutely important to keep in mind that this is a summer session and therefore time constraint is a big issue. Therefore it may not be possible for me to address each and every question in class. It is your responsibility to ask questions (in or outside the class) if the subject matter discussed in class is either not clear or if you have any other questions regarding the material.
Do not wait for the day before the test to clear up doubts about the material or go through the problems in the book. It will only give you a false sense of hope. This practice will not going to help you in this course or in any other course.
The second exam ( EXAM 2 ) is on WEDNESDAY, 13TH JULY, at Minard 209 from 6pm-8pm.
