* Bug Alert (Summer 2003): The tables of contents (as well as lists of figures and tables) produced by this document class are not entirely acceptable to the NDSU Graduate School. In particular, LaTeX provides a single global parameter to control the width of the box in which page numbers are set. Thus, every spanning row of dots in the table ends at the same distance from the right margin of the page. If one of the page numbers is significatly longer than the others, then this creates white space between the last dot of the row and the start of shorter page numbers. The Graduate School would prefer it if the dots stretch all the way up to the page number. We are working to resolve this difficulty, and apologize for the inconvenience.
