Title: Multiplicative Structure of Rings of Integer-valued Polynomials 
Determined by Finite Subsets

Abstract:  In this paper we will investigate the multiplicative structure 
of rings of integer-valued polynomials determined by finite subsets. The
focus of this paper will be to show that Int(E,D) is not atomic, that is
there exists a nonzero nonunit element of Int(E,D) that cannot be written
as a finite product of irreducibles. Further we will show that Int(E,D)
has infinite restricted elasticity.
