Title: Introduction to the Theory of the Structure of Topological Groups

Abstract: A topological group is a group G equipped with a topology in which the
binary and inversion operations are continuous.  Topological groups are analyzed 
in terms of an open basis at the identity.  Uniform continuity and uniform 
structures are defined.  Additionally, equivalent uniform structures are defined 
and examples are discussed.
