Mathematics on the Northern Plains 2008

The 2008 Mathematics on the Northern Plains Conference will be held on Saturday April 26, 2008 at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. This meeting will provide an accessible, high-quality forum for undergraduate mathematics students to present their research and learn more of the full range of mathematical theory and applications.

There will be two plenary lectures that will be accessible to a wide mathematical audience. There will also be at least two parallel sessions consisting of research presentations by students. Talks will be held in Minard Hall at North Dakota State University.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please register with us before-hand. There is no registration fee for the conference, but we would like an approximate head-count prior to the meeting.

Directions and Parking

North Dakota State University is located in Fargo, ND. Directions to the NDSU campus can be found here. Minard Hall is located near the southern edge of campus, on Albrecht Blvd., across the street from the NDSU Library.

Conference participants can park for free in the visitors lot E all day Saturday. This lot is located near the corner of Albrecht Blvd. and Centennial Blvd., approximately 1 block north of Minard Hall.
