Abstract: Last week in Math Club, Jim drew sample graphs (pictures!) on the board. Did you go home and ask yourself a question that had to do with the pictures he drew? Can you replicate those graphs without lifting your pencil or retracing an edge? Are there any graph theory problems that are not related to algebra?
Tonight we will give you a taste for some of the classical graph theory problems (starting light!) and introduce you to mathematical research. All you need to bring with you is curiousity, paper, and a pencil.
