Mathematics 102: Intermediate Algebra

Prerequisites:

Math 101 or math placement test score. This course if for students with little or no background in algebra. Offered only through Continuing Ed. Special Fee Required.

Required for:

Math 103 or Math 104

Course Description:

Topics include properties of the real number system, factoring, linear and quadratic equations, functions, polynomial and rational expressions, inequalitites, systems of equations, exponents, and radicals.
